rEFUND & RETURN POLICY

ALL-N-1 Car Rentals strives to provide fair and consistent service to every customer. The following policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and early returns are handled.

Cancellations

Reservations canceled 24 hours or more before pickup are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid rental charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a one-day rental charge based on the vehicle class reserved.
No-show reservations (vehicle not picked up on the scheduled day) are non-refundable after the close of business.

Vehicle Returns

Vehicles must be returned on the date and time listed in the rental agreement.
Early returns may receive a refund for unused full days; however, weekend, holiday, or promotional rates may convert to the current daily rate and reduce the refund amount.
Late returns are charged according to our disclosed late-fee schedule and are not eligible for refunds for the extended period.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only when:

The vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented, normal wear excepted
Fuel level meets the requirement stated at pickup
All keys, GPS devices, and accessories are returned
There are no outstanding balances for tolls, violations, towing, or damages

Refunds are not provided for:

Smoking or excessive cleaning incidents
Mechanical issues caused by driver misuse or negligence
Accidents or damages not covered by renter’s insurance
Fees incurred during the rental period that are the client’s responsibility

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the card on file within 5–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
Cash deposits, if accepted, are refunded by company check within the same timeframe.
Any additional charges discovered after return may be deducted prior to refund release.

Disputes

Customers who believe a charge was issued in error must submit a written dispute within 14 days of return with supporting documentation. ALL-N-1 Car Rentals will review the claim and respond within 7 business days.

This policy works together with the signed rental agreement, which remains the governing document for all transactions.
