I am an Assistant Professor at Emory University in the Department of Quantitative Theory and Methods.

Prior to joining Emory, I was an Assistant Professor at the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah. I earned a PhD in Economics at Georgetown University in 2019.

In my research, I focus on political economy and law and economics. I use both theoretical and empirical methods. Some topics of interest include local public finance, gerrymandering, voting behavior, and law enforcement.
