My name is Allison Kasekamp.
Since diving into the world of graphic design in 2016, my journey has been a dynamic fusion of learning and professional growth. Beginning with vocational training and continuing through community college to George Mason University, I've cultivated my skills amidst diverse educational settings.
My professional voyage has been equally varied, with stints at Orpheus Inc, World Wildlife Fund, and Massanutten Resort. Each opportunity offered unique challenges, from crafting visually stunning websites at Orpheus Inc, to advocating for environmental conservation at World Wildlife Fund, and capturing the essence of hospitality at Massanutten Resort.
But beyond the aesthetics, design is a potent force for change. It's the silent storyteller that bridges cultures, ignites movements, and shapes perceptions. Whether it's through branding, web design, or environmental graphics, design has the power to inspire action and evoke emotions. It's the cornerstone of effective communication and the driving force behind innovation in today's visual-centric world.
From sparking conversations to driving social change, design is not just a profession—it's a way of seeing, understanding, and reshaping the world around us.
