Field Hockey Canada U18 National Team: 2023 - present
Selected to play against Scotland and Wales in March 2024.
Field Hockey Canada U16 National Team: 2022 - present
Toured with Team Canada to the Netherlands in May 2023 to play in the Den Bosch International Tournament. Played defence and midfield and led the team in scoring for the tour and the tournament.
Played in the May 2022 games series versus the United States Nexus Under-16 national team.
Field Hockey Canada NextGen Program: 2022 - present
Trained in twice weekly sessions with the combined U-16 and U-18 squads under the direction of Field Hockey Canada coaches.
Participated in weekly strength and conditioning training sessions at Richmond Olympic Oval coached by FHC strength training specialists.
Field Hockey BC U16 Tier-1 Team: 2022- present
Captained the British Columbia U-16 team to gold at the 2023 national championships. Named to tournament 11 and named game MVP.
Represented British Columbia in the 2022 U-16 national championships.
Trained intensively over 8-week period under Field Hockey British Columbia coaches.
Field Hockey Canada Targeted Athlete Program: Spring 2022
Trained twice weekly in sessions directed by Field Hockey Canada coaches in preparation for selection to U-16 national squad.

Currently playing for the Vancouver Hawks in the Premier Division.
Youngest player on the team which includes current and former Canadian WNT members.
Youth Spring League League: 2019 - present
Played U16 for the Vancouver Hawks in 2023 season; led team in scoring.
Has been called up to play U18 since age 14 (youngest player on the team).
York House School Varsity Field Hockey Team: 2021 - present
Selected to Varsity team as grade 9 student. Started all games since.
Provincial AA 2021 Champions (starting right defence as grade 9).
Named Grade 9 Athlete of the Year in 2022.
Rob Short Coaching Academy: 2019 - present
Leading field hockey academy in Canada.
Currently train with Rob Short, former Canadian Men's National Field Hockey team member and former head coach of the Canadian Men’s and Women’s national teams.
Played with RSCA teams at 2022 US Nationals (Tampa, FL) and 2023 Shooting Star Easter tournament (Frederica, DE).
Will be playing with RSCA at the 2023 Shooting Star Thanksgiving tournament (Richmond, VA).
Other Sports:
I am a multisport athlete and dancer. I have been doing Traditional Scottish and Highland dance since I was 3 years old. I was nominated for an exclusive scholarship in 2019. I ran track all the way through elementary school and have continued in high school. I used to play rugby, and I currently play basketball and flag football.
