What is AlexSignum?

AlexSignum is a governed workspace by Alliance Regulatory Limited for Letters of Access, data-sharing agreements and NDAs used in biocides, plant protection products and REACH. Cases are pre-filled from controlled templates. Review is optional. Parties sign by email. After signature the record cannot be altered, each side keep the same copy, and anyone can check it has not been tampered with.

Who it is for?

Regulatory affairs, data owners, formulators and task-force members who still move these documents as Word files, then lose track of who signed what.

How a case works?

1. Open a pre-filled template for the dossier (not a blank Word file).

2. Choose the review route: none, the customers own review, ARL, or both.

3. Each party is invited by email to sign. The signer does not have to create an account.

4. Once signed, the record cannot be altered. Each party involved keep the same copy. Anyone can check it has not been tampered with.

• Opening a case link does not create a contract with AlexSignum. 

• The platform is hosted in France.
