Allgie MALAYSIA Biofuels
Biofuels from municipal waste
Biofuels from municipal waste
Using the sun, water, and urban waste, Allgie produces biofuels, proteins for animal feed and cooking oil.
Landfill waste is processed WITHOUT SEPARATION.
Landfills are full around the world as modern society produces more waste than previous generations.
Pyrolysis Oven
The patented Pyrolysis Oven, which uses a shipping container, makes the pyrolysis process cheaper and makes it available for large quantities of waste. The process at 450°C (842F°) kills all bacteria and funghi from the landfill residues.
Microalgae are grown in large bioreactors, which prevents contamination and provides a perfect environment for the cultivated microalgae.
With dried microalgae, we can extract proteins for humans or animals, cooking oil, and biofuels. The process can also desalinates water.
ONLY ONE HECTARES (2,471 acres) of microalgae can produce the same as:
3,215 hectares (7,944 acres) of soy oil
340 hectares (840 acres) of soy protein
142 hectares (352 acres) of palm oil.
The process uses 1/100 of the water used in traditional cultivation and the bioreactor can produce throughout the year, even in winter, thanks to the heat from the oven.
