Information stored on your device
Everything you enter in the app stays on your device. Your logs, symptoms, triggers, severity ratings, notes, attached photos and your settings (theme, accent color, daily reminder, layout options) are saved only in the app's local storage on your device. This information is never uploaded to us. It is permanently removed when you delete the app, and you can erase it at any time with Clear All Data in Settings.
No account, no login
There is no sign-up and no login. We do not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number or contacts, and we do not have a server that holds your health information.
Photos
If you attach a photo to a log, the app asks for permission to pick that image from your photo library. The selected image is copied into the app's own private storage on your device so it can be shown next to your log. The app does not browse, read or upload the rest of your photo library.
Reminders
If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. Nothing about the reminder leaves your device.
Export and sharing
You can export your diary as text, PDF, CSV or a JSON backup file. The file is created on your device and handed to the system share sheet, so it only goes where you choose to send it. We never receive a copy.
What we do not do
We do not show ads, use advertising trackers, build user profiles, or share your information with third parties. We do not sell data, and we do not use analytics that identify you.
Health information
The app is a personal diary and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to a healthcare professional about your symptoms.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the text shown here in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
