The application and all supporting documentation must be submitted by July 15 of the year preceding the appointment date. The academic year typically begins in July.
To apply to the program, visit the ERAS for fellowship applicants website. All applications must include:
a. Completed ERAS application
b. Personal statement
c. Curriculum Vitae
d. USMLE part 1, 2, and 3 scores
e. Medical school transcript
f. Two letters of recommendation (Does not have to be someone specialized in allergy/immunology)
g. Residency Program Director's Letter of Recommendation
Appointments are made through the Allergy and Immunology match, included under the Medical Specialties Matching Program sponsored by the NRMP Specialties Matching Service. Candidates must register through the Specialties Matching Service after submitting an application through ERAS.
Interviews have typically been conducted virtually since the COVID-19 pandemic.
