Chess is a game of mental strength and strategy that can help kids and teens develop valuable life skills and prepare them for future careers. Growing up Allen enjoyed playing checkers and slowly worked his way up to chess, learning about all of the different pieces, rules, and potentially strategies. As a teen Allen Chi helped establish a chess team at his high school which has continued to grow and succeed today, competing in local tournaments and some regional and national tournaments.
