Our Preventative Maintenance Program is crucial. At All Climate Mechanical, we believe that our service technicians should perform Preventative Maintenance because only they can find any potential problems before they become big ones. Every piece of equipment covered by our contracts has a performance log sheet assigned to it. These performance log sheets are completed while we test your equipment, and are also used to help us track any changes in performance from the previous years. After each scheduled maintenance check is performed, the log sheets are returned to our shop where we review them one more time to ensure consistency among all checks performed throughout the year.

At All Climate, we don’t believe in lock-in contracts. We think you should call us for your service and maintenance needs because we’re good at what we do. Our contracts are one-year deals, but if you don’t like our service, you can cancel before your next Preventative Maintenance visit.
