Welcome to All CareZ (the "Application"). We know that your personal fitness routines, reminders, and daily schedules are deeply personal. That is why we built this Application with a privacy-first philosophy.
This Privacy Policy is designed to be clear, transparent, and written in plain language so you know exactly how your data is handled. It aligns perfectly with our official Google Play Store Data Safety declarations.
1. Introduction
At All CareZ, we genuinely value your privacy. We want to be completely upfront: this is a personal application developed and managed by an individual independent developer under RGZ Studio. Because we do not operate large corporate cloud networks, we took a simpler, safer approach: your data belongs to you, and it stays with you.
The application uses a local-storage architecture. This means almost all the information you generate, log, or track stays safely tucked away on your own physical smartphone rather than being sent off to a remote corporate database.
2. Data Collected & Used
We believe in minimized data handling. Below is an exhaustive breakdown of exactly what data our application interacts with, why it needs it, and where it is kept.
A. Personal Information
Data Types: Name, Email address, Phone number, and Other optional profile info (such as age or fitness metrics).
How it is Used: Strictly for App Functionality and Personalization. For example, displaying your name on a dashboard or using your age/metrics to calculate generalized fitness intervals.
Our Policy: Entering any of this information is entirely voluntary and optional. You can use the core features of the app without ever providing a real name, phone number, or email. Any personal info you do choose to type in is saved locally inside your device’s secure internal database (SQLite). It is not uploaded, transmitted, or synced by us to any external cloud server.
B. Location Data (Including Background Location Access)
Data Types: Approximate location (network-based) and Precise location (GPS-based).
How it is Used: Strictly for App Functionality. This permission is explicitly required to run our Running Tracker and Distance Tracking features. The app utilizes your location to calculate distance traveled, steps taken, and your speed while you are actively tracking a run or walk.
Background Location Disclosure: To ensure that your distance and running route are tracked accurately even when you lock your phone, turn off the screen, or switch to another application, All CareZ requires access to your location in the background. Background location data is processed strictly in real-time for session tracking and is never stored permanently by us or shared.
Our Policy: Your location history is processed locally and dynamically on your device. RGZ Studio does not track your movements remotely, nor do we host a server that logs your travel history. You can revoke this permission at any time through your Android device settings, though doing so will disable the running tracker feature.
C. Photos and Videos
Data Types: Device Gallery access (Photos).
How it is Used: Strictly for App Functionality and Personalization.
Our Policy: This access is entirely optional. It is only requested if you decide to customize your profile by choosing a local profile picture from your gallery. Just like your text data, your photos remain strictly stored within your device's local directory for app use. We do not maintain a cloud gallery, and we do not host external infrastructure to view or access your pictures.
3. Data Sharing (Third-Party Advertisements)
To keep All CareZ free to use and support ongoing independent development, we display advertisements within the app.
Device or Other IDs
What is Shared: We use Google AdMob as our primary third-party ad network provider. Google AdMob may automatically collect and share your device's unique hardware identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) with its integrated ad-serving partners.
Why it is Shared: This standard device identifier is shared strictly for:
- Advertising or Marketing: Helping to deliver relevant, non-intrusive ads to you.
- Analytics: Measuring ad performance and app stability.
- Fraud Prevention, Security, and Compliance: Detecting invalid clicks, preventing malicious bot behavior, and ensuring the ad ecosystem remains secure.
The Firewall: We enforce a strict barrier between our features and our ad networks. We do not provide advertisers with any access to your personal fitness records, location logs, reminders, or profile details stored inside the app. We do not sell user fitness information.
4. Data Security & Encryption
Your peace of mind is our highest priority. Because your Personal Info, Location history, task schedules, and local photos are stored entirely on your own physical smartphone, your personal data does not travel across the open internet through our app. It lives locally, which naturally shields it from remote server data breaches.
Important Compliance Note: While your core personal and fitness data remains strictly local and does not travel over a network, any background data transmission required by integrated system services (such as standard third-party SDK calls for displaying Google AdMob ads) strictly complies with standard industry encryption and security protocols (e.g., HTTPS/TLS).
5. Data Deletion & User Control
Because we believe in absolute user autonomy, you have total control over your digital footprint.
Since RGZ Studio does not host, store, or back up your data on an external server, we do not possess a way to delete your data for you—because we don't have it in the first place.
This means you hold the key:
- You can instantly delete your data at any time.
- To do this, simply navigate to your Android device settings, select All CareZ, and tap "Clear Data" or "Clear Storage".
- Alternatively, simply uninstalling the application from your phone will wipe all local databases (SQLite), files, and preferences associated with the app.
6. Age Restrictions and Target Audience
All CareZ is intended strictly for users who are 15 years of age or older. The Application is not designed, marketed, or intended for children under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under this age. If you are under 15, please do not attempt to use this Application or send any personal information about yourself to us.
7. Supplemental Google Play Data Safety Disclosures
A. Data Transmission Protocols
While your personal profile data, location history, and fitness tracking logs reside strictly on your local device, the Application utilizes integrated third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs)—specifically Google AdMob—to display advertisements. Any data transmitted by these external SDKs (such as Device IDs or crash telemetry) is strictly encrypted in transit using standard secure communication protocols (HTTPS/TLS) to ensure network safety.
B. Account Deletion Exemption Clarification
Because All CareZ operates entirely without account registration, cloud sync, or user profiles hosted on our infrastructure, the Application does not maintain a remote user database. Consequently, we are exempt from providing a web-based account deletion URL, as you completely control and own your data. Full data destruction is entirely in your hands via the standard Android application management interface.
C. System Permissions and Dynamic Access
The Application explicitly requests access to system permissions only when you engage with features that require them:
- Location Permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION): Accessed only for the Running Tracker.
- Storage/Media Permissions (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): Accessed only when you initiate a custom profile picture change.
If these permissions are withheld or revoked, the application dynamically disables the corresponding feature while keeping all other core utilities, such as task, water reminders, and motivational content pages, completely operational.
8. Regulatory Compliance and Regional Protections
A. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance
In accordance with our target audience restrictions, All CareZ does not intentionally collect personal data from children. Because our architecture saves personal input data directly on your physical smartphone, we do not harvest or store any data in a central cloud database. Furthermore, our third-party ad partner, Google AdMob, is configured to respect regional privacy laws regarding adolescent and child data restrictions where applicable.
B. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) Disclosures
For users residing in California, we provide the following clear assurances to match your rights under state law:
- Right to Know / Access: All data collected by the application is visible directly within the user interface on your screen.
- Right to Delete: You can exercise your right to delete your personal data instantly at any moment without our intervention by wiping the application's storage in your phone settings.
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: RGZ Studio does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, location logs, or health metrics to third parties. Device IDs are processed by Google AdMob exclusively for standard operational ad delivery and fraud prevention.
C. European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Notice
For users located within the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, RGZ Studio operates under the following lawful processing grounds:
- Data Controller & Processor: Since all personal data, running paths, and reminders remain on your physical hardware, you act as the controller of your own data. RGZ Studio does not access, process, or view this data.
- Consent for Advertising: Where applicable, Google AdMob displays a standard consent banner managed by a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP). This allows you to opt in or out of personalized advertising identifiers directly from the ad interface.
9. Operational Guidelines and Disclaimer of Warranties
A. Local Storage Retention and Data Continuity
Because All CareZ relies completely on your device’s internal SQLite structure, your data persists only as long as the application remains installed and its storage remains untouched. Please be aware of the following operational realities:
- Android System Optimizations: Certain aggressive device-manufacturer battery savers or "storage cleaners" may clear cached application states. While your core database is built to be persistent, we highly recommend excluding All CareZ from automated third-party cleaning suites to prevent accidental data loss.
- Device Migration: Because there is no centralized cloud backup infrastructure maintained by RGZ Studio, your local profile, running history, and reminders cannot automatically sync or transfer to a new smartphone if you switch or upgrade your device.
B. Accurate Metrics and Hardware Dependencies
The precision of the running tracker, distance calculation, and step counts relies directly on your smartphone's built-in hardware sensors (such as the GPS module and accelerometer) and the underlying Android Operating System's location services. RGZ Studio cannot guarantee perfect mathematical accuracy for distance metrics, as variables such as satellite signal degradation, physical obstructions, and background processing restrictions imposed by your device manufacturer can alter real-time sensor polling rates.
C. Limitation of Liability for Local Data Loss
While we design our application code to handle your data safely and securely within your device's private storage sandbox, RGZ Studio cannot protect your data from physical device hazards or user-end software modifications. We explicitly disclaim liability for data modification, leakage, corruption, or complete loss resulting from:
- Operating the application on a rooted or custom-ROM modified Android device.
- Physical theft, damage, or unauthorized access to your unlocked smartphone.
- Malware, spyware, or malicious third-party apps that exploit device-level operating system vulnerabilities.
10. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content
Our Application contains content pages and motivational/educational resources. These may contain links to external web pages or resources that are not operated by RGZ Studio. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that external site. We do not exercise control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, practices, or security protocols of any third-party sites or services.
11. Entire Agreement and Language Binding
A. Language of Interpretation
This Privacy Policy was originally written and executed in English. In the event that this policy is translated into other languages for user convenience, the English version shall remain the primary legally binding agreement and will govern in case of any contradictions or interpretation disputes.
B. Severability
If any specific provision or clause of this Privacy Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of law or regulatory body, that specific part will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining sections of this policy will continue to remain in full force and effect.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to ensure it perfectly mirrors our application updates, Google Play Store policies, or changes to the Android SDK.
When we make updates, we will refresh the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy occasionally. Your continued use of All CareZ after an update implies your comfort with and acceptance of the revised terms.
