By downloading, installing, or using AllCalc‑All‑in‑One Calculator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

All data you enter into the App — including but not limited to calculation history, custom exchange rates, coupon records, comparison records, and user settings — is stored locally on your device only.
We do not store, process, or have access to your data on our servers.
You are solely responsible for any data you input into the App. You acknowledge that uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings will permanently delete all locally stored data.
The App may link to or interact with third‑party services, including:
Frankfurter API — for real‑time currency exchange rates
IP lookup services — for IP geolocation queries
Internet speed test services — for network speed measurement
We are not responsible for the content, reliability, availability, or policies of any third‑party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
The App will function uninterrupted, securely, or error‑free
Any results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
Any errors or defects in the App will be corrected
Currency exchange rates are provided for reference only and do not constitute financial advice.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
