Due to our high volume of bookings, we have some terms and conditions that we ask you to read before booking your dog in for home boarding or daycare with us.
A meet and greet is required before a booking which will ensure that any questions you have will be answered.
After a meet and greet, if you are wanting to make a booking for home boarding your dog must come for an overnight trial stay to ensure that your dog is going to have a positive stay. Our trial nights are charged at the same rate as our normal boarding.
When booking with us we will ask you to fill out a form. This form is very detailed, but this is in no way to catch you out. We are here to help and the form is to ensure that we know all the information about your dog/dogs to provide them with the best care.
As much as well love all dachshunds, we regret that we will not be able to take bitches in season. In the case where a bitch comes into season during a stay, we ask for an emergency contact who can collect the dog during the stay. This is to ensure the safety of your dog and other dogs staying.
When booking with us we will require your dogs to be fully up to date with vaccinations and flea and worm treatments. Proof of all these will be required.
A dates get booked up very quickly we require a 50% deposit upon booking. This is refundable if they stay is cancelled at least 14 days prior, however when booking a stay we reserve the right to keep your deposit if you cancel less than 14 days before your stay as a condition of your booking. This deposit ensures that your dog's booking is secured.
