Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the mobile application All Video Downloader & Player ("App", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
All Video Downloader & Player is an Android application that allows users to:
Browse websites using a built-in browser
Download videos and other media from supported online sources
Play downloaded videos, music, and other media files offline
Save status photos and videos from messaging apps (Status Saver feature)
Manage downloads and media through in-app tools
The App is provided free of charge and may display advertisements.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must NOT:
Download, copy, or distribute any content without proper authorization from the copyright owner
Use the App to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Download content from websites or platforms where doing so violates their terms of service
Use the App for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, hack, or disrupt the App or its servers
Use automated tools or bots to access the App in an unauthorized manner
Upload, share, or distribute illegal, offensive, or harmful material through the App
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any content you download, save, or share.
The App is a tool that helps you access publicly available content. We do not host, own, or claim rights to videos, images, music, or other media downloaded through the App.
All content belongs to its respective owners. Downloading copyrighted material without permission may be illegal in your country.
You agree that:
You will only download content you have the legal right to access and save
You will respect the terms of service of websites and platforms you visit (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and others)
We are not responsible for any misuse of downloaded content
If you believe content accessible through the App infringes your copyright, contact us (see Section 12).
The Status Saver feature allows you to save photos and videos from folders on your device that you explicitly grant access to.
You must only save content you have the right to save
Saving someone else's private content without permission may violate privacy laws or platform rules
We do not access your messaging apps directly; you choose which folders to allow
The App includes a web browser and download manager. When you download files:
Downloads are stored on your device
Download availability depends on the source website and may change without notice
We do not guarantee that every URL or platform will work at all times
Some features rely on third-party services and may be limited or unavailable
You use the browser and download features at your own risk.
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized based on your device and usage, subject to your settings and Google's policies.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or any products/services advertised.
The App may request permissions such as:
Internet — browsing and downloading
Storage / Media — saving and playing files
Notifications — download progress and playback controls
Network state — checking connectivity
You can manage permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work if permissions are denied.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Downloads will always succeed or be available
Content will meet your expectations
Defects will be corrected
Use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is zero for the free version).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
