Please be sure to read and understand the "BSTRemoteControl User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully before using the services of the BSTRemoteControl, especially the disclaimer that exempts or limits the responsibility of the BSTRemoteControl and the limitation of the rights of the user. You accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, otherwise you will not be authorized to download, install or use the BSTRemoteControl and its related services. Your download, installation or other use behavior will be regarded as the acceptance of this Agreement, and agree to accept the terms of the constraints.
This Agreement is an agreement between you and BSTRemoteControl regarding your download, installation, use of BSTRemoteControl and use of BSTRemoteControl related services. The term "User" or "You" refers to the individual or single entity that obtains a license to the BSTRemoteControl and/or the BSTRemoteControl product services through the means provided by the BSTRemoteControl for obtaining the BSTRemoteControl license.
BSTRemoteControl reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time in accordance with changes in relevant laws and regulations, the company's business conditions, adjustments in business strategies and upgrades to the BSTRemoteControl website/software. The updated terms and conditions of the Agreement will be published on the official website of BSTRemoteControl or on the software of BSTRemoteControl, and the publication will replace the original terms and conditions of the Agreement, and the User may visit the website of BSTRemoteControl and/or use the software of BSTRemoteControl to check the latest version of the terms and conditions of the Agreement at any time. If the user does not agree with the changes in the agreement, please stop using the BSTRemoteControl website and/or the BSTRemoteControl software immediately. If the user continues to use the Farm Mower Assistant, the user is deemed to have accepted the changes to this agreement.
Minors under 18 years of age should be accompanied by a legal guardian to read this agreement.
I. Service Content and Notes on Use
1, the user in the use of BSTRemoteControl service, must comply with the "network security law", "Internet news information service management regulations" and "Internet news information service management regulations implementation rules" and other relevant laws, regulations, rules and policy documents of the People's Republic of China, the user should agree that will not use the service for any illegal or improper activities.
2, the user understands that the BSTRemoteControl only provides related network services, in addition to related network services and related equipment (such as personal computers, cell phones, and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile network) and the costs required (such as access to the Internet and pay for telephone and Internet access fees, for the use of the mobile network and pay for cell phone charges) should be borne by the user.
Users shall not abuse the services of the BSTRemoteControl. The BSTRemoteControl hereby solemnly draws your attention to the fact that any information, data, text, software, music, audio, photographs, graphics, video, messages, user's registration data or other information (hereinafter referred to as "Content"), whether publicly or privately transmitted, transmitted via the Services by accessing, browsing, visiting, transmitting instant messages, e-mail or any other means, shall be the responsibility of the user. Content providers and users are solely responsible for their access, browsing, access, transmission, and use, regardless of whether the transmission is public or private. BSTRemoteControl has no control over the Content transmitted via the Service, nor can it exercise full control over the use of the user's behavior, and therefore cannot guarantee the legality, correctness, completeness, authenticity, or quality of the Content; you have already foreseen that you may be exposed to unpleasant and inappropriate Content when you use the Service, and agree to make your own judgments and bear all the risks without relying on the service of BSTRemoteControl.
If the user's behavior in using the services of the BSTRemoteControl is not in accordance with this Agreement, the BSTRemoteControl shall have the right to make an independent judgment when it is discovered through notification or reporting, and shall have the right to terminate the provision of part or all of the services to the user immediately without prior notice to the user. If the user disseminates and spreads reactionary, pornographic or other information that violates national laws and regulations through the BSTRemoteControl, the system records of the BSTRemoteControl may be used as evidence of the user's violation of laws and regulations; if any third party files a claim or any damages or losses arising from the access, browsing, accessing, transmission of the above mentioned contents in the BSTRemoteControl, the user shall bear all the responsibilities by himself or herself. The user shall bear full responsibility.
5、BSTRemoteControl has the right to supervise the use of the services of BSTRemoteControl by the user. If the user is found to have violated any of the provisions of this Agreement when using the network services provided by BSTRemoteControl through notification or report, BSTRemoteControl has the right to require the user to correct or directly take all the measures that BSTRemoteControl deems necessary (including, without limitation, the suspension or termination of the right to use network services) to mitigate the damage or loss of the user. (including, but not limited to, suspending or terminating the user's right to use the network service) to mitigate the impact of the user's improper behavior.
Ownership
1、BSTRemoteControl retains full and undivided ownership and intellectual property rights over the following contents and information: except for the contents uploaded and disseminated by the users themselves, the BSTRemoteControl and all its elements, including but not limited to, all contents, data, technologies, software, codes, user interfaces, and any derivative works related to them.
Without the consent of the BSTRemoteControl, none of the above materials may be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed for broadcasting or publishing purposes, directly or indirectly, in any media, or be used for any other commercial purposes. These materials or any part thereof may be kept on a computer for private use only. The BSTRemoteControl shall not be liable to the user or any third party in any way, legally or financially, for delays, inaccuracies, errors and omissions arising from the above information or in the transmission or delivery of all or part of the above information, or for any damages arising therefrom or resulting therefrom.
3、BSTRemoteControl for the provision of network services and the use of any software (including, but not limited to, any images contained in the software, photographs, animation, video, sound recordings, music, text and additional programs, accompanied by the help of the material) of all the rights belong to the copyright owner of the software, the software's copyright holder without the permission of the user shall not be reverse engineered (reverse Without the permission of the copyright owner of the software, the user is not allowed to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, or otherwise discover its original code, and implement any behavior suspected of infringing the copyright.
III. Commitment and Guarantee
The user guarantees that he or she shall not and is prohibited from, directly or indirectly, in the course of using the BSTRemoteControl:
(1) Remove, conceal, or alter any patent, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on or contained in the BSTRemoteControl;
(2) Interfere or attempt to interfere in any way with the proper functioning of the BSTRemoteControl or any portion or feature of the Company's website;
(3) Avoid, attempt to avoid, or claim to be able to avoid any content protection mechanism or Farm Mower Assistant data metrics tool;
(4) Use any registered or unregistered trade, service mark, company logo (LOGO), URL or other mark originating from BSTRemoteControl in a written format or graphically without BSTRemoteControl's prior written consent;
(5) Use any Marks, including, without limitation, using the BSTRemoteControl Marks in a manner that taints, diminishes, and impairs the rights of the owner of such Marks, or creates or purports to create any obligation or grant any right or authority to itself or to any other person in a manner that is contrary to this Agreement;
(6) Display or otherwise make available any user information to any non-original user without the prior consent of the original user;
(7) Requesting, collecting, soliciting, or otherwise obtaining access to an BSTRemoteControl account, password, or other authentication credentials from any user;
(8) Proxy authentication credentials for any user to automatically log in to an BSTRemoteControl account;
(9) Provide tracking features including, but not limited to, identifying other users viewing or operating on a personal home page;
(10) Automatically directing browser windows to other web pages;
(11) Unauthorized impersonation of another person or obtaining access to the BSTRemoteControl; or allowing any other person to personally identify the user without the user's express consent;
(12) If the user violates any of the above guarantees, the BSTRemoteControl has the right to make a warning, blocking, up to disqualification punishment for the circumstances; if the user violates the above guarantees and causes damages to the BSTRemoteControl, the users of the BSTRemoteControl, or any partners of the BSTRemoteControl, the user is responsible for assuming all the legal liabilities and compensating for the damages.
2、User's commitment:
(1) The content uploaded, published, transmitted or disseminated by other means by users using the network services provided by BSTRemoteControl shall not contain any information that violates national laws and regulations and policies, including but not limited to the following information:
(a) Opposing the basic principles determined by the Constitution;
(b) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity
(c) harms the honor and interests of the State
(d) inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination and undermining national unity
(e) undermining the State's religious policy and propagating cults and feudal superstitions
(f) spreading rumors that disrupt social order and undermine social stability
(g) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting the commission of crimes
(h) Insulting or slandering others and infringing on their legitimate rights and interests;
(i) Contain other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
(2) Users shall not use the network service system for any illegal purpose; they shall not use the BSTRemoteControl service in any form to infringe upon the commercial interests of the BSTRemoteControl, including and not limited to releasing commercial advertisements not licensed by the BSTRemoteControl; they shall not utilize the BSTRemoteControl service system to perform any acts that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile network.
(3) Users shall not utilize the services of the BSTRemoteControl to engage in the following activities:
(a) Entering a computer information network or using computer information network resources without permission;
(b) Deleting, modifying or adding to the functions of a computer information network without permission;
(c) Deleting, modifying or adding to data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in a computer information network without permission;
(d) Deliberately creating or spreading computer viruses and other destructive programs;
(e) Other acts that jeopardize the security of computer information networks.
(4) If the content uploaded, published, transmitted or otherwise disseminated by the users using the network services provided by the BSTRemoteControl is defective in rights or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of a third party (including, but not limited to, patents, trademarks, copyrights and neighboring rights to copyrights, portrait rights, right of privacy, right of reputation, etc.), and this leads to any complaints, reports, inquiries, claims, complaints, claims, or other organizations cooperating with the BSTRemoteControl, or any other organizations cooperating with the BSTRemoteControl. If any complaint, report, inquiry, claim or lawsuit is filed against Farmers' Mower Assistant or other organizations cooperating with Farmers' Mower Assistant, or if Farmers' Mower Assistant or other organizations cooperating with Farmers' Mower Assistant suffer any damage to their honor, reputation or property as a result of such a complaint, report, inquiry, claim or lawsuit, the user shall actively take all possible measures to ensure that Farmers' Mower Assistant or other organizations cooperating with Farmers' Mower Assistant are protected from such claims or lawsuits. At the same time, the user shall be fully liable for the direct and indirect economic losses suffered by BSTRemoteControl and other organizations cooperating with BSTRemoteControl as a result.
Intellectual property protection
If the content uploaded by the user allows other users to download, view, listen to or otherwise access or distribute, he or she must ensure that the release of the content and the implementation of related behaviors in line with the relevant intellectual property laws and regulations in the relevant copyright policy, including but not limited to:
1, the user shall immediately delete or disable access to the infringing content of the statement at the time of receipt of the notice of infringement, and at the same time contact the person who delivered the notice for details.
2, the user knows and agrees that BSTRemoteControl will handle qualified infringement notices issued by third parties in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and delete or disable access to the declared infringing content as required, and adopt and implement appropriate policies with a view to eliminating repeated infringement under the corresponding conditions.
V. Privacy Protection
BSTRemoteControl fully respects the protection of users' personal information. BSTRemoteControl's Privacy Protection Statement describes how BSTRemoteControl handles your personal information when you use BSTRemoteControl's services. By using the services of the BSTRemoteControl, you agree that the BSTRemoteControl can handle the corresponding information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
(A) Register as a user In order to complete the creation of an account, you need to provide the following information: your third-party social platform account, such as micro-signal, microblogging number, QQ number of your choice, your cell phone number. The above information you provide will be continuously authorized for our use during your use of the Service. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.
(ii) Conducting internal data analysis and research, third-party SDK statistical services, and improving our products and services We collect data based on your interactions with us and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. The data we collect may include SDK/API/JS code version, browser, Internet Service Provider, IP address, platform, timestamp, app identifier, app version, app distribution channel, unique device identifier, IOS advertising identifier (IDFA), Android advertiser identifier, network card (MAC) address, International Mobile Equipment Identifier (IMEI), device model, terminal manufacturer, terminal device OS version, session start/stop time, language location, time zone and network status (Wi-Fi, etc.), hard disk, CPU and battery usage, etc. When we want to use the information for purposes other than those stated in this policy, we will ask for your consent first. When we want to use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will ask for your consent in advance.
Disclaimer
1, in view of the special nature of the network services, users agree that BSTRemoteControl has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the network services at any time. If the change, interruption or termination of network services are free network services, BSTRemoteControl without notice to the user, and does not need to assume any responsibility to any user or any third party.
2, the user understands that the BSTRemoteControl needs to regularly or irregularly to provide network services on the platform or related equipment for testing, the BSTRemoteControl does not need to assume any responsibility for this, but the BSTRemoteControl should be as far as possible to make a notice in advance.
BSTRemoteControl may change the service or delete some of its functions at any time for any reason. BSTRemoteControl may cancel or terminate the service to the user at any time. The decision to cancel or terminate the service by BSTRemoteControl does not require a reason or notice to the user. Once the Service is canceled, the User's right to use the Service immediately terminates. Once the service is canceled or terminated, any information stored in the service by the user may not be recovered.
4, BSTRemoteControl does not guarantee (including but not limited to):
(1) the BSTRemoteControl is suitable for the user's requirements for use;
(2) the BSTRemoteControl is uninterrupted, timely, safe, reliable or error-free; and any products, services or other materials obtained by the user through the BSTRemoteControl meet the user's expectations.
(3) The use of any information downloaded or obtained through the BSTRemoteControl is at the user's own risk; the user shall be solely responsible for any damage to the user's computer system or loss of information caused by such use;
5、BSTRemoteControl shall not be liable for any direct or indirect compensation for any loss of profits, business reputation, data or other tangible or intangible losses caused by the following reasons:
(1) The use or inability to use the BSTRemoteControl;
(2) Any products, materials or services purchased or obtained through the BSTRemoteControl;
(3) Unauthorized use or modification of user information; and other matters related to BSTRemoteControl.
VII. Others
Within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations, the final interpretation of this Agreement belongs to the BSTRemoteControl.
2、This agreement has been published that comes into effect, BSTRemoteControl has the right to modify the content of the agreement at any time, and the modified results are published on the website of BSTRemoteControl. If you do not agree with the modifications made to the relevant provisions of this agreement, the user has the right to stop using the network services. If the user continues to use the network service, the user is deemed to accept the modifications made to the relevant provisions of this Agreement by the BSTRemoteControl.
3, under this agreement, the BSTRemoteControl for the user of all the notices can be through the web page announcement, e-mail, cell phone text messages or conventional mail transmission and other ways; the date of sending the notice is considered to have reached the recipient.
4, the conclusion, implementation and interpretation of this agreement and dispute resolution shall be applicable to Chinese law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Chinese courts. If any dispute arises between the two parties on the content of this agreement or its implementation, the two parties shall try to solve it by friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit to the people's court where the BSTRemoteControl is located.
5、This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the two parties on the agreed matters herein and other related matters, and no other rights are granted to the parties to this Agreement except those stipulated in this Agreement.
6、If any provision of this Agreement is for whatever reason wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
