Welcome to AI - All Language Translator. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the app.
By accessing or using AI - All Language Translator (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm us or others.
AI - All Language Translator offers auto-renewable subscriptions, providing access to premium features:
Auto Renewing Subscriptions
For auto renewing subscriptions completed in our iOS App following terms apply:
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
An account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Subscription at 2.99 US$ per week, auto-renewable.
Subscription at 9.99 US$ per month, auto-renewable.
Subscription at 44.99 US$ per year, auto-renewable.
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.
Use the App for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
Interfere with the operation of the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Use any automated tools or software to scrape or extract content from the App.
Upload or transmit any viruses or malicious code.
All content, features, and functionality within the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of AI - All Language Translator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the App without our express permission.
The App may allow you to interact with content such as text translations or voice data. You agree that:
You are solely responsible for the content you submit, translate, or otherwise create using the App.
You will not submit or generate any content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
We are not responsible for any user-generated content and reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
The App may include links or integrations with third-party services, including advertising partners. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your interaction with these third-party services is solely between you and the respective service provider.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:

The translations or services provided will be accurate, reliable, or up to date.
Any defects or issues with the App will be corrected.
We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or your inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, unauthorized access to your data, or any other tangible or intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI - All Language Translator, its affiliates, partners, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the App or others. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the policies and notify you of the changes within the App. Continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of those changes.
