2. Marketing and Administrative Communications
The Service Provider reserves the right to utilize your provided contact information to periodically distribute critical system notifications, legally required disclosures, administrative updates, and relevant marketing or promotional materials.

To support analytics, app optimization, and monetization, the Application transmits non-personally identifiable, aggregated, and anonymized data to external services.

Requests will be processed within a reasonable, compliant timeframe.
6. Data Collection Opt-Out
You can immediately terminate all data collection by the Application by executing standard uninstallation procedures. Use the native application management utilities provided by your mobile operating system or the official marketplace (Google Play Store) from which the Application was acquired.
7. Children's Privacy Compliance (COPPA)
The Service Provider strictly adheres to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The Application is not structured for, targeted toward, or intended to solicit data from children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a minor under the age of 13 has inadvertently provided personal data, the Service Provider will take immediate steps to permanently delete such records from all active servers. Parents or legal guardians who become aware that a child has provided personal information may request immediate remediation by contacting vertex.sol.uae@gmail.com.

The Service Provider prioritizes the protection and confidentiality of user data. Appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures have been deployed to safeguard all processed and maintained information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

The Service Provider reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
