Welcome to All Document Reader: PDF, Word (hereinafter referred to as the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). This document combines our Privacy Policy and User Agreement (Terms of Service).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please verify that you have uninstalled the App and do not use our services.

1. Information We Collect & Permissions
The information we collect depends on how you use our Services. To provide the core features of All Document Reader, we require the following permissions:
1.1. Storage Access (Required)
Permissions: Manage External Storage / Read External Storage
Purpose: Our App functions as a local document management tool. We use this permission to scan and index your device storage (via ScanReceiver mechanisms) to find and list document files (such as PDF, Word, Excel, PPT) so you can view, manage, and edit them directly within the App.
Data Security: We process your files locally on your device. We do not upload your personal documents to our servers.
1.2. Notifications (Optional)
Permissions: Post Notifications (Android 13+)
Purpose: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) services (FireMessagingService) to send you important updates, app news, or promotional content.
Your Choice: You can choose to enable or disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
1.3. Information We Collect Automatically
Device Information: We may collect specific information about your device, including your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (Android ID, Advertising ID), and mobile network information.
Usage & Crash Data: We collect log information about how you use our App and crash reports (via maintenance services such as FixTool) to analyze bugs and optimize stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To Provide Services: To render documents, manage file lists, and ensure the App works smoothly.
To Improve Our App: We use usage data to analyze trends, track bugs, and optimize the user experience.
For Marketing and Advertising: As a free-to-use application, we display third-party advertisements. We may use your device identifiers (such as GAID) to show personalized ads that are relevant to your interests.
3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We will never share your personal files (documents) with any third party. However, to support our business (marketing and analytics), we integrate with third-party SDKs. These partners may collect and process certain data (like IP addresses and Advertising IDs).
Our partners may include but are not limited to:
Google AdMob / Google Analytics: For advertising and user behavior analysis.
Firebase: For crash reporting, analytics, and notifications.
AppLovin / Facebook Audience Network / Mintegral: For ad delivery.

PART B: USER AGREEMENT (TERMS OF SERVICE)
I. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
II. User Code of Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Use any automated system (scripts, bots) to access the App or manipulate advertising impressions.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
III. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to software code, design, text, and graphics) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
IV. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App’s compatibility with your device, the accuracy of document rendering, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the App at your own risk.
V. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developers, the "All Document Reader" team, or our affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data (documents), loss of profits, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
VI. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy and User Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
