All Access Athletics Association is committed to reducing financial barriers to youth sport and ensuring that children have the opportunity to participate in organized sport regardless of their family's financial circumstances.
To ensure that financial assistance is distributed fairly and reaches as many children as possible, All Access Athletics Association has established the following application guidelines.
Financial assistance is assessed on a per-child basis.
Each child may receive financial assistance according to the application limits outlined in this policy. Applications for one child do not affect the eligibility of another child within the same family.
For sports that operate within a defined season, a family may submit one financial assistance application per child per season.
Examples of seasonal sports may include:
Soccer
Baseball
Softball
Hockey
Basketball
Volleyball
Football
Lacrosse
Other sports operating within a defined seasonal period
If a child participates in multiple sports during the same season, the family must select one sport for which they wish to request financial assistance.
For example, if a child participates in both soccer and baseball during the same summer season, the family may submit an application for either soccer or baseball, but not both.
Some sports and activities operate continuously throughout the year rather than within a defined seasonal period.
For year-round sports, a family may submit one financial assistance application per child per calendar year.
Examples may include:
Martial arts
Gymnastics
Dance
Figure skating
Other ongoing athletic programs
For example, if a child participates in martial arts throughout the year, the family may submit one application for that child during the calendar year.
A second application for the same child for a year-round sport will not normally be considered during the same calendar year.
Families with multiple children may submit an application for each eligible child, provided that each application meets the applicable seasonal or calendar-year limits.
Each child is considered individually based on the information provided in their application.
For example, a family with three children may apply for financial assistance for all three children, provided each application meets the requirements of this policy.
The purpose of these application limits is to allow All Access Athletics Association to support as many children as possible.
Financial assistance is intended to help remove barriers to participation rather than provide funding for every sport or activity in which a child participates.
Families are encouraged to carefully consider which sport or activity represents the greatest financial need when submitting an application.
Families are encouraged to apply before registering their child whenever possible.
Applications should be submitted with sufficient time for All Access Athletics Association to review the request and, where approved, coordinate payment or assistance with the applicable sport organization.
Submitting an application does not guarantee financial assistance.
All applications are reviewed based on the financial circumstances and information provided by the applicant.
All Access Athletics Association may consider factors including, but not limited to:
Household financial circumstances
Number of children in the household
Registration and participation costs
Equipment requirements
Other financial barriers to participation
Availability of funding
Number of applications received
The organization's ability to support the requested amount
All applications are subject to available funding.
All Access Athletics Association recognizes that individual family circumstances may vary.
The Board of Directors, or an individual designated by the Board, may make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances where doing so is consistent with the organization's mission and available funding.
Examples may include significant changes in a family's financial circumstances, unexpected financial hardship, or circumstances that could not reasonably have been anticipated when the original application was submitted.
Exceptions are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Applicants are expected to provide accurate and complete information.
All Access Athletics Association reserves the right to decline an application or withdraw previously approved assistance where information provided is found to be intentionally inaccurate or misleading.
Approval of an application does not necessarily mean that All Access Athletics Association will cover the entire cost of registration, equipment, or participation.
The amount of assistance provided may vary depending on:
The family's demonstrated need
The cost of the program
Available organizational funding
The number of eligible applicants
Other applicable funding considerations
The Association may provide partial or full assistance at its discretion.
This policy may be reviewed periodically by the Board of Directors to ensure that it continues to support the mission of All Access Athletics Association and allows available funds to benefit as many youth athletes as possible.
The Board may amend this policy as organizational needs, funding availability, or program requirements change.
