Work Experience
After my PhD I initially worked for corporate sector and NGOs but finally found my niche in the academics. You are your own master here - you decide what work you want to do and in how much depth; you also get to decide how you want to do your work - you decide your own pedagogy and your own methodologies for research. The most important part of the occupation is, you get unconditional love from your students. That makes up for everything, including a little lower pay than others.
