1. What did you learn?

I learned where the tools are to know how to make a pixie art.

2. What was the hardest part / most challenging aspect of this assignment?

The hardest part of this assignment was doing my eye shape.

I liked the most of this project how we could always erase and add ways to improve the project.

4. How would you improve this project if you were to do it again?

I would improve by practicing how to outline.

1. A part that I enjoyed the most was making new taking simple shapes into new and cool shapes.

2. The most challenging part of this assignment were remembering where the tools are at.

3. What I learned from this assignment is how to use the warp tool to make new and original shapes.

Reflection - 

1. The color harmony that I picked was monochromatic.  

2. I don't think these colors work well because the color on the women's skirt do not blend well with the blue top.

4. What I learned after completing this project was how to multi select different parts of an item at the same time

5. What I found the most challenging about this project was picking colors that blended good either.

1. What location did you pick? Why did you pick this location? 

I picked Shiz University from the movie Wicked because I really like the movie and the university looks like a fun school to be in. 

2. Who would you send your postcard to? Why?

 I would send this postcard to my parents back at home  since while your in Shiz University you don't see family. 

3. Are you happy with your design? What can you do to make it better?

I am happy with my design because the wand and had I added to the postcard matched the theme to the postcard overall, I also like the text font I used. 

1. Animation is challenging. What did you find the most challenging part of this assignment? 

The most challenging part of this assignment was making the objects move around.

2. Are you happy with your results? Did you push yourself to create something awesome? How did you demonstrate that you tried your best? If you didn't try your best, why not? 

I am happy with my results and I did push myself to create something awesome. I demonstrated that I tried my best by adding sound and letters popping up on. 

3. What part of your GIF are you the most proud of? Be descriptive.

I am most most proud of my black hat that I drew.

I did enjoy this assignment because I made the work on something I was interested in.

5. If you had the chance to redo this assignment, what part of it would you change?

I would change a little mistake I did on one of the wands I forgot to add a spike. 

1. What animals did you combine together?

The animals that I combined were a poplar bear and a bunny.

2.  Why did you decide to combine these animals together?

I decided to combined polar bear and a bunny together because both of the animals have a little bit of similarity in color. 

3. What's the name of your new animal?

  I decided to name the animal polar bun.

4. Do you think this creature could survive in the real world? Why or why not?

I think this creature would not survive because the creature cant do much with its body or teeth to defend themselves from things in the world.

5. Why is photo-manipulation such an important issue today? (What are the implications of editing pictures without people's knowledge?)

Photo-manipulation is an important issue today because people might think the picture is real which is false. 

1. Reflect on your experience using the pen tool in Illustrator to create your landmark poster. What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them? The pen tool was mostly easy to manage it because I did the outline the most accurate to the picture I could. 

2. Consider the significance of the iconic landmarks you chose to include in your poster. How did you ensure that your representation accurately captured the essence and recognizability of each landmark? I made sure my poster accurately capture the essence of the land mark by adding a creepy background and dark colors. 

3. Describe the creative decisions you made regarding composition, color choice, and typography in your poster design. How did these choices enhance the overall visual impact and convey the intended message or theme? Some creative decisions were to make all the colors inside the outline to be dark and outline the most accurate the original . These choices enhanced the theme of the image because the colors went well with the creepy theme of The Conjuring.

4.  Reflect on the process of translating a physical landmark into a digital artwork. What aspects of the landmark's architecture or cultural significance did you prioritize in your design, and how did you incorporate these elements effectively? Turning a real place into digital artwork was fun but had to have patience outlining everything on the landmark. The most important parts of the place to show in my design was the sky and the house of The Conjuring.

5.  Consider the role of digital art in contemporary communication and expression. How does your poster contribute to the ongoing dialogue surrounding these iconic landmarks, and what message or narrative does it convey to viewers? My poster fits into the world of digital art today because of the outline I had to do to shape the house. I think people will get creeped out looking at  my digital art.

1. What type of planet did you decide to create? Would you inhabit this planet? Tell us a little bit about it.

I did a Wicked themed planet. I would inhabit into this planet  because it looks fun with the magic they can do in Shiz university and Emerald City. 

2. Why did you decide to create this planet? What makes it personal and unique to you?

I created this planet because I really like the movie Wicked. It makes it personal and unique to me since I watched the movie I felt a connection with it and became obsessed watching it many times.  

3. Please explain what you found the most challenging out of this project. What could you have done to improve this? (Really think about this question, what resources or tools are at your disposal that you could of used/ SHOULD be using when you are stuck and don't know how to do something?)

What I found the most challenging out of this project was making the yellow path way look like it  belonged there, I had to add two  images of the path way to make it look like the path was leading up to the building. What I could of done to  improve my planet is to make the images/objects not so transparent. I thought the outcome would look better transparent, but at the end I came to realize it would be better if the capacity of the transparency of the images were at %100.
