Until October 2025 we were living on our dairy farm in Pembrokeshire.  We had started the process of selling it in August 2024, and the new buyers took control from 1st February 2025.  There was a gap of about 4 weeks between moving away from the farm (we went to AirBnBs - and we both caught Covid at a car event at the NEC !) and relocating to Monmouthshire.  We are now living in our dream bungalow in the beautiful woodland village, The Narth, which is about 6 miles from Monmouth.

I am starting this blog, as I have been promising to share my recovery story (I had Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS from childhood, and started recovery programs in January 2024).  People are also interested in Early Retirement and I have lots of interesting stuff to share with you - our plans for the bungalow and garden, my voluntary 'work',  other activities, travel, crafting ....

I have created several pages for links, which I update regularly, and there will be an Amazon Shop too.  It makes it simpler to share the products etc that I use and love.
