I am a PhD candidate in Managerial Economics and Strategy at Kellogg, Northwestern University. My research is in economic theory and organizational economics, with secondary interests in labor/personnel economics and information economics. I am on the 2026–2027 academic job market.My research studies how organizations produce and use information, and how organizational decisions interact with market environments. My job market paper, Information and Relational Contracts in Markets, studies why firms may limit what they learn about workers when relationships rely on informal promises, and how labor market conditions shape this choice.In other work, I study culture, reporting rules, career concerns, wage discovery, and the effects of large employers on firms and workers.Please feel free to reach out!
