I am a PhD candidate in Managerial Economics and Strategy at Kellogg, Northwestern University. My research is in economic theory and organizational economics. I am on the 2026–2027 academic job market.My work develops theory from empirical puzzles, using models to identify underlying mechanisms and their implications. Primarily, I study how information is produced and used inside organizations, how it interacts with incentives and coordination, and how these choices are disciplined by the surrounding market environment.My job market paper, Information and Relational Contracts in Markets, studies why firms may choose to limit what they learn about workers when relationships rely on informal promises, and how market conditions shape this incentive to learn. In other work, I study how culture, reporting rules, and career concerns shape decisions inside organizations, and how wage discovery and large employers affect firms and workers in labor markets.Please feel free to reach out!
