I am a PhD candidate in Managerial Economics and Strategy at Kellogg, Northwestern University. My research is in microeconomic theory and organizational economics. I am on the 2026–2027 academic job market.I study how information affects incentives inside organizations and in the markets around them. My job market paper, Information and Relational Contracts in Markets studies why firms may limit what they learn about workers when relationship relies on informal promises. In other work, I study how culture, reporting rules, and delegation shape decisions inside organizations, and how wage discovery and large employers affect labor-market outcomes.
