The App may request access to your device's microphone when audio functionality is required.
Microphone access is used only for features that require audio input and is activated based on the user's interaction with the App.
We do not use microphone access to continuously monitor users.
The App may request access to your device's photo library or gallery so that you can select or use images and media within the App.
Photos and media are accessed only when necessary for the functionality you choose to use.
We do not use photos for facial recognition or biometric identification.
We do not collect, store, process, or sell face data or facial biometric information.
The App does not create facial profiles, facial templates, faceprints, or other biometric identifiers.
If an image containing a person's face is selected or captured using the App, the presence of a face does not mean that we collect or process that face as biometric data. We do not use such images to identify individuals.
Our App uses third-party services to provide certain functionality.
We use the ElevenLabs API for certain audio/voice-related functionality.
Depending on the feature being used, information or content necessary to provide the requested functionality may be transmitted to ElevenLabs for processing.

ElevenLabs states that API data processing is governed by its applicable data-protection terms, and its documentation describes how data-use settings and retention may apply depending on the service and account configuration.

Our App does not intentionally maintain a database of users' facial biometric information.
Any temporary data required for the operation of a feature is handled only as necessary to provide that feature.
Where information is transmitted to a third-party service such as ElevenLabs, that information may be subject to the third party's own retention and privacy practices.
We do not sell or rent users' personal information.
We may transmit information to third-party service providers when necessary to provide functionality requested by the user. Currently, one such service is ElevenLabs.
