Our applications are designed to provide AI-powered image and video effects while minimizing the collection and storage of user information. We process only the information necessary to provide the features you request.

Our Apps are designed with a privacy-first approach.

Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display ads to non-subscribed users. Subscribers do not see ads.

We do not use advertising identifiers for our own purposes. However, Google AdMob may collect device information, IP addresses, advertising identifiers (where permitted), and ad interaction data to provide and measure advertisements, subject to applicable permissions and privacy settings.

2. AI Content Processing and Third-Party Data Recipients

Certain features require you to upload, capture, or select an image or video, or to enter a text prompt. Depending on the feature, your content may be securely transmitted to the third-party AI provider required to complete your request.

PixVerse API

Data sent: Images, videos, and/or text prompts required by the feature.
Purpose: To generate AI-powered video effects, image effects, transformations, and related AI content.
Result: The generated content is returned to your device.
Processing: Content transmitted to PixVerse is processed according to PixVerse's applicable Privacy Policy and service terms.

OpenAI API

Data sent: Images and/or text prompts required by the feature.
Purpose: To generate AI-powered images and related image content.
Result: The generated content is returned to your device.
Processing: Content transmitted to OpenAI is handled according to OpenAI's applicable API policies and terms.

We do not intentionally store your uploaded images, videos, or prompts on our own servers after processing unless storage is specifically required for a requested feature.

Your content is not intentionally used by us for:

AI model training
Advertising
Marketing
Behavioral profiling
Building facial recognition databases
Selling to third parties

Content is processed only to provide the AI feature you request.

3. Face Data Disclosure

Some features may involve images containing faces.

We do not intentionally collect or permanently store:

Facial geometry
Face templates
Biometric identifiers
Facial recognition information
Face maps

Your uploaded image is used only to provide the AI feature you request.

We do not intentionally use facial information for:

AI training
Advertising
User profiling
Identity verification
Facial recognition

If your image contains a face, it may be transmitted to PixVerse API or OpenAI API when required to provide the requested feature. Third-party processing is governed by the respective provider's policies and terms.

4. Device Permissions

To provide certain features, the Apps may request permission to access device capabilities.

Photos

Allows you to:

Select existing images or videos
Save AI-generated content to your device

Camera

Used when you choose to capture a new photo or video for AI processing.

Advertising Consent and App Tracking Transparency

After the splash screen, our App may display a permission or consent message allowing you to manage advertising-related privacy choices.

You may decline tracking permission where applicable without losing access to the App's core features. Advertising availability may depend on your choices and applicable requirements.

5. Third-Party Services

To provide AI-powered functionality, our Apps may communicate with:

PixVerse API — AI-powered video and image effect generation
OpenAI API — AI-powered image generation
Google AdMob — Displays ads to non-subscribed users. Google AdMob may process device information, IP addresses, advertising identifiers (where permitted), and ad interaction data. Active subscribers do not see ads.
Apple In-App Purchases — Subscription and payment processing, where applicable

Each third-party provider maintains its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Their handling of information transmitted through their services is governed by their respective policies and terms.

6. Purchases & Refund Requests

Premium features may require a subscription or one-time purchase through Apple's App Store.

Apple processes payment transactions through the App Store. We do not receive or store your complete payment card information.

If you experience a technical issue with a purchase, please contact us before requesting a refund.

Refund eligibility is determined according to Apple's payment policies and applicable law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information while it is being processed.

Communications between the Apps and third-party service providers are intended to use secure, encrypted connections where supported.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to our Apps, legal requirements, changes to third-party services, or operational changes.

The latest version will be made available within the App or on the applicable official policy page.

Your continued use of the Apps after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
