I am currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematics at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where I am co-ordinator of the Teaching Internship of the Graduate Program in Mathematics and Sub-coordinator of the Teaching Laboratory in Mathematics. I have a PhD in Mathematics from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas with an exchange period at the Universitat de Barcelona; I am Master and Licentiate in Mathematics from the Universidade Federal de  Viçosa. My areas of interest are Commutative Algebra and Algebraic Geometry, in particular the study of weak and strong Lefschetz properties, Togliatti Systems, Moduli Space of Vector Bundles on Projective Manifolds and Derived Categories.
