You must not interfere with the operation of the app or its servers, including transmitting viruses, malware, bugs, or any harmful code.
Any violation of applicable laws or these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for user-generated content posted within the app.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms of Use whenever necessary. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any user when deemed appropriate at our sole discretion.
We may remove content or terminate accounts that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.
By using the app, you agree that we may collect, use, and publish aggregated, non-personally identifiable user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that infringe upon trademarks or legal rights belonging to other individuals or organizations.
The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
You agree not to use the app to:
Share or distribute illegal, harmful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or objectionable content.
Upload or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
Send spam, unsolicited promotions, fraudulent schemes, or unauthorized advertisements.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another individual, company, or our representatives.
Violate any policies, guidelines, or procedures governing the use of the app.
Certain premium subscriptions may include a free trial period. We reserve the right to determine or modify eligibility requirements for these offers at any time.
Unless canceled before the trial period expires, the applicable subscription fee will automatically be charged using your selected payment method.
Paid subscriptions provide recurring access to premium features and services for the selected billing period.
Subscriptions begin once payment has been successfully processed. To maintain uninterrupted access, recurring subscription fees must be paid when due. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of subscription benefits.
If you subscribe through your Apple ID:
Subscription charges are billed to your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal charges are processed within 24 hours before the current subscription expires.
Subscription management and cancellation can be completed through your Apple Account Settings.
If you subscribe through Google Play:
Subscription fees are charged to your Google Play account.
Charges are automatically applied after any applicable free trial ends.
Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current subscription expires, subscriptions automatically renew for the same plan.
Renewal charges are processed within 24 hours before the renewal date.
Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Google Play account settings.
Refunds for purchases made through Apple's App Store are handled exclusively by Apple. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple renew automatically until canceled. Users are responsible for managing and canceling future renewals through their Apple account.
For purchases made through Google Play:
Contact the app developer if an in-app purchase is not functioning correctly or if more than 48 hours have passed since the purchase.
If the purchase was made within the last 48 hours, refund requests may be submitted directly through Google Play.
Google Assistant may also help users cancel eligible orders or request refunds.
Some recently purchased paid apps may qualify for an automatic refund if uninstalled shortly after purchase. Reinstalling the app later may require purchasing it again.
All content available within the app, including text, graphics, images, videos, logos, trademarks, templates, and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.
Except for content submitted by users, all materials remain the exclusive property of the app or its licensors. These Terms do not grant any license or ownership rights to use our trademarks, branding, domain names, logos, or other proprietary assets without prior written permission.
By providing comments, feedback, or suggestions regarding the app, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and incorporate such feedback without restriction or compensation.
