I am currently a PhD Researcher at Inje University, South Korea. I received my BS degree in Computer Science in 2019 and my Master's degree from Inje University, South Korea, in 2022. My research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, medical imaging, WSI image analysis, weakly supervised learning, Multiple instance learning, and self-supervised learning. One of the big and interesting projects I am currently working on as a team lead is digital histopathology. I am working with different medical institutions and companies to diagnose different kinds of cancers, such as gastric, liver, and colon. In this project, we are researching to come up with tangible solutions for cancer diagnosis using state-of-the-art AI approaches like self-supervised models, weakly supervised, vision transformers, foundation models, etc.
