Bio: I’m an energy systems researcher with 12+ years of experience in power systems and energy research. Currently, I’m pursuing my Ph.D. at the University of Michigan, USA, under the guidance of Prof. Wencong Su. My research focuses on Energy Storage Systems integration in the power grid, repurposing second-life EV batteries for grid energy storage/Data centers, and energy storage bidding in electricity markets across ISOs/RTOs.
I serve as a reviewer for leading journals and conferences in power systems and energy engineering.
Research Interests:
Second-life batteries for grid-scale energy storage and data centers
AI and optimization in power and energy markets
Electricity Markets (PJM,MISO,CAISO,ERCOT)
Electrification planning for medium- and heavy-duty vehicle fleets
Power Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHIL) testing and integration
Stochastic Optimization, Robust Optimization, Mixed Integer Linear Programming(MILP), Stochastic Dynamic Programming(SDP), Reinforcement Learning (RL), Distributionally Robust Optimization (DRO)
