I am Chesare Espinosa a servant leader with over 17 years of experience across nonprofit, behavioral health, home care, and community services.

I did not learn any of this from a textbook. I built programs from the ground up, led teams of 200 plus, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and created operational systems that allowed organizations to grow and sustain real impact.

But the work that matters most to me has never been in a boardroom. It has always been in the community. In the rooms I was not supposed to be in. In the people who needed someone who actually understood what they were carrying.

I co-founded Endless Fields of Grace a faith rooted nonprofit  because I believe in what I build with my whole life. Not just my work hours.
