These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Align: Mood Tracker & Insights ("we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Ruzin Company Oy, concerning your access to and use of the Align: Mood Tracker & Insights mobile application (the "App").
By accessing the App, you verify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the App and you must discontinue use immediately.
Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
Any information you input into the App will be for your own personal use.
You utilize the authentication features (such as Google Sign-In) at your own discretion to access the App's features locally.
You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
You will not access the App through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.
You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Your use of the App will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Subscriptions: Information on current subscription rates is available in the App. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or through the App Store/Google Play Store settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
Refunds: All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

The contents of the App, such as text, graphics, images, information, and other material contained on the App are for informational purposes only. The App is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the App.
You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. The App may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Finland. Align: Mood Tracker & Insights and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Finland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
