This thesis explores a new fishery hub along Mersing River that responds to the environmental challenges of a tropical waterfront. Instead of designing a generic wet market, the project reorganises fish landing, washing, selling, drying, storage and public viewing into a daylight-calibrated architectural system. Through recursive climate cells, façade depth variation and daylight simulation, the design aims to reduce glare, improve shade and create more comfortable spaces for fishery work and public riverfront experience.
