When you request account deletion in the Game, we may place the account into a deletion-pending status for a limited grace period before final deletion is completed. During this period, online play and account features may be blocked.
If you log back into the same account during the deletion grace period, your login will be treated as a request to cancel the pending deletion request, and the deletion request may be cancelled. If you still want your data deleted after logging back in, you must submit a new deletion request.
After the grace period ends, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or platform-compliance purposes.

By creating and sharing content featuring the Game, you acknowledge that Bestwood Studios LLC retains all ownership rights in the Game itself. We reserve the right to modify any Virtual Goods, including The Aliens, to enhance gameplay balance and overall experience.

You may request a refund for your purchase within 14 days from the date of the transaction, provided the Virtual Goods have not been used or consumed.
If the Virtual Goods have been used or consumed within the Game, the right to a refund is waived.
Refund Process: To request a refund, please follow the refund request process via Google Play Support or Apple Support. You may contact their respective customer support teams directly for assistance.
Refunds are handled by the applicable platform (Google Play or Apple) and are subject to their respective policies. We do not directly issue refunds for in-app purchases.
