SEMI_PRIVATE LESSON

Includes: Training with a friend, Personalized corrections, Goal-focused training, and DUO cleaning.
GROUP CLASSES

Includes: Specialty classes & Workshops offered throughout the year, Technique, Strength, Conditioning, and Combo classes. These will be posted when I am offering!
