Why do you draw?

Because it's fun, and I love making fanart of drawable characters!!

What program and tools do you use?

I have access to a screenless tablet and Krita, but I've recently swapped to using Procreate on the iPad.

What is your drawing process?

1. Rough sketch

2. Clean sketch

3. Final refining sketch(es) if necessary.

4. Lineart

5. Colour 

6. Shading and rendering.

What is your favourite colour style/palette?

Complementary colours.

Do you draw men, too? Or just women?

I can draw men, don't worry. It's just women are a lot more fun to draw.

Your art sucks ass.

I know. It's not the best, but it's not the worst either. I'm always trying to learn and practice, so try to be patient. I've yet to reach my stride.

For what fandoms do you mainly draw art of?

In order of frequency:

• Xeno (Gears, Saga, AND Blade)

• Zelda (mainly in the BOTW/TOTK style)

• Persona (mainly 3, 4, and 5 since I haven't played 1&2 yet)

• NieR (mainly Automata)

• Fire Emblem (mainly Three Houses since it's the only game I've played thus far)

What is a Xenoblade Chronicles?

The best series you've probably never played.

Can you draw {insert character} for me?

If you are a close friend, I will accept requests. Otherwise, you can opt to ask for your character through a commission or an art raffle.

How do you feel about AI art and NFTs?

As a whole, I do not like them. AI art steals from other artists to generate art. Still, I also know that AI art isn't going away any time soon, and that it's one of those changes we might have to get used to. It needs to be seriously regulated in this case.

How often do you do art raffles?

At the moment, I do an art raffle for every 100 followers I gain. Recently, though, I've been stagnant..so it's been quite a while since my last raffle.

What are the raffle rules?

It varies from raffle to raffle, but the bog standard rules are:

• You must be following me.

• You must enter the character you want from the given franchises; the preferences are Xenoblade, Zelda, Persona, Fire Emblem, and NieR.

• Retweeting isn't necessary, but does help a lot!

How long are raffles held?

Since I am still a small artist at this moment, raffles usually only last one week. So, get into them when you can!!

Can you draw {character} with {w} clothing, {x} weapon, {y} hairstyle, and in a {z} pose?

This is an art raffle. This is for FREE art. If you have specifications like this, please commission me instead.

:) "Okay, Imma use alt accounts or ask for help from my group of friends to submit entries of the same character!!"

I pick up on this like a hawk. You do this, and you will be disqualified from the raffle.

"I'll drop a character or an OC and leave!!"

You won't believe how many people don't read the rules of these raffles. Raffles are for followers only, so don't submit a character and bail. And OCs are for friends and mutuals ONLY.

Fine, you are now disqualified from future raffles.

Please make sure to read the rules in a raffle. People have a bad habit of failing to do this. I am not going to chase after anyone who ignores the raffle rules, so they will therefore not be properly entered.

How do I commission you?

Through either my Ko-Fi or my VGen 

Are your commissions open?

I wouldn't really call them closed or open. I would just say that they are available upon demand. I never really feel comfortable with advertising them.

Why don't you advertise commissions?

I just can't shake this feeling that advertising commissions is the equivalent of me asking for free money. Even though it literally isn't, and artists do it all the time. I just never like asking for money for ANYTHING, even if it is needed or justified. Plus, I know advertising as a whole is annoying to society, so I don't do it.

And...I'm also socially anxious. I don't like drawing attention to myself. So, there's that.

Why do you censor/shorten the word "commission" on social media?

Because bots. They are aroused by the word "commission" and will come flocking to your post if it contains that word.

Why do you undercharge?

I am still a very small artist, and I'm not in the big leagues yet. I can't price myself out of a market I'm not fully in yet.

Why do you overcharge?

...Are you kidding? My most expensive option is a full body with a complicated background and at minimum, it's only about five hours worth of minimum wage work.

Can I offer more money for my commission?

The prices listed on my Ko-Fi are simply a minimum threshold. However, please do not spend too much on my art. My art is not worth that, yet, and I know you probably have a family you need to feed with that money. However, if you ask for complex additions or characters, you may have to pay a bit more.

Can I offer less money for my commission?

No. I may offer some leeway if you are a close friend, but those prices on my Ko-Fi are a MINIMUM. However, sometimes I might do discounts. Especially when it comes to Ko-fi tiers.

Ko-fi Tiers?

I set up tiers on Ko-fi mainly for experimental purposes. If I get more demand for my art, I might modify them. But for now, they're pretty basic (and also kinda in a sort of beta mode, as I was just trying them out.) But the tiers can be found here. 

What about physical forms of your art, like prints or merchandise?

I technically have a Redbubble account, but I do not update it anymore since a lot of the art there is stolen (including my own). If requested, I could research how to get a print done, but you will have to pay for shipping and handling in that case.

How long does it take you to complete a commission?

Naturally, commissions will take priority for me above everything else. You will not have to wait months, or even years, for me to produce it. However, this is not a promise I can make. Something in life could happen, and I may take longer than expected. Please be patient with the process, otherwise, I may feel inclined to rescind and refund.

What about refunds?

I will refund you the money as soon as humanly possible. I cannot guarantee it'll be straightforward, with how PayPal can sometimes be. But I will try. If you are being a particularly nitpicky cilent, however, I may feel inclined to rescind and refund. 

Will I get WIPs and updates?

Yes, if you want them. It has to be reasonable, though. Please don't ask for a WIP or update every hour or every day. Please try to be patient. Asking for constant updates will put pressure on me, and may affect the quality of my work.

Can I suggest edits?

I only allow three edits, depending on their complexity. If you are giving me constructive feedback on my anatomy, then I can be flexible. But if you keep going on about a singular ruffle or strand of hair being off, then I may have to put my foot down and suggest I may not be the artist you are looking for.

Will you accept OCs?

It honestly depends. If you're a random stranger and you pop in and ask me to draw your tentacle lady OC, I will most likely say no. But if I'm familiar with who you are, I might be more inclined to accept your offer.

Will you do NSFW/fetish art?

I have privately drawn NSFW in the past, but it is not something I want to regularly draw. If I ever do intend to draw it, I prefer censoring the genitals. Fetish art is a no-no for me; I grew up on DeviantART, after all.

Can I private message you?

That depends on your intentions. Please don't do it to be a creep or ask me for free art. Small talk usually leads into this, so it makes me wary, Unfortunately, any attempt to open my DMs on Twitter has resulted in an influx of bots. You may have to follow me if you need to DM (there's no pressure to stay following afterwards).

Can I repost your art?

Please do not do this without proper credit.

Can I sell your art?

Please do not, unless you will reimburse me 100%.

Can I use your art as my profile picture?

Yes, as long as you credit me in your description/bio.

Can I use your art for AI?

PLEASE DO NOT.

Will AI art ever deter you from posting art?

Knowing my art is outclassed by a machine IS discouraging, but I enjoy drawing way too much. Even if I end up being the only one left to post art online, I will still keep doing it. I love drawing way too much.

How can I get more followers for my art account?

Bro, if I knew, I wouldn't be sitting below 1K on Twitter. And chances are, you'll probably surpass me in followers in no time! Don't get discouraged! 

Can I draw your OCs?

You are more than welcome to do so.

Will you befriend me/follow me/be my mutual?

If you also draw Xenoblade and I like your art, then I will follow you and be your moot.

Why did you hard block me?

I try not to abuse the block button. I really only block people who are sexist, homophobic, transphobic, pedos, draw AI art, and whatever else. If you are not those things and you are blocked, it could be because I was warned by others to do so.

Why did you unfollow/soft block me?

I NEVER like breaking a mutual. But sometimes I become uncomfortable with following people. The biggest dealbreakers for me are:

1. If they treat other artists with disrespect. 

2. If they start acting racist, homophobic, sexist, etc. 

3. If they are petty or immature. Look, I understand why you're upset that somebody unfollowed you. But there's no need to make vitriolic posts about them. This kind of attitude is gross, and I don't want to see it on my timelines. 

4. If they start supporting NFTs or AI. However, I know it is very possible to accidentally "like" and "comment on" AI art. Therefore, a soft block will only occur when I see the person actively voicing their support of these things.

Can I send you a nude?

Please do not. I may feel inclined to report you to the police for this, because I may have no way to confirm if whether or not you are a minor.

Will you be my girlfriend?

I'm happily married, sorry!!
