Approximately: the price of frames.
For example, this animation has two frames of the emote's head. The price of an emote is 20$, so the price of this animation is 20$*2 = $40. There may be an additional discount for the fact that most of the previous frame is reused and the final price will be $25 instead of $40.

Reference price = the sum of everything you want to see on it
( for example, if you want a full-body + portrait:
20$ + 40$ = 60$ ).
