P&WC engines are equipped with an on-board recorder that records and transmits the engines' full flight data after each flight via cellular network. This data must be analyzed by converting the engine full flight data into engine diagnostic and engine performance monitoring data for determination of Engine Diagnostic and Health Management analysis and applicable engine maintenance tasks.
P&WC is developing many applications at the same time and products go into entry into service (E.I.S.) to many customers worldwide. The E.I.S. process includes Registration, Installation of hardware, transmission tests, full flight data (FDR) conversion, etc., which is relatively complex and requires a lot of communications with customers around the world.
The purpose of this project is to develop, standardize and implement various tools, documentation, processes, etc., to communicate with customers worldwide to ensure a smooth entry into service of P&WC DPHM products across all new and current P&WC DPHM platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Implementation of process and tool updates in the field with customers worldwide
• Coordination with I.T. and other organizations to make all documentation available via the Customer Portal (My P&WC Power)
• Standardization of various forms and implementation of them on the Customer Portal (My P&WC Power)
• Development & Standardization of training documents, installation documents and all related information for the entire EIS process of DPHM Products
• Data gathering of technical information on DPHM Products
• Daily interface with P&WC USA employees and communication with customer account managers
• Daily review of FAST™ systems on regional fleets
• Support in preparation of monthly engine propeller vibrations report
• Implementation of weekly Data On Time Delivery and Deficient Data Report on PW800 engine applications
