For this exhibit I focused on Photo editing, specifically portrait editing.
I found this image and thought I would be able to fix the unevenness on her face, then I went on to use Liquify to fix stray hair and the shirt sleeve. I lightened her teeth and color corrected the whole image for better contrast.
Design Elements:
Contrast - I upped the contrast of the image using levels and curves
Repetition - I left many similarities so as to not change the image to the point of unrecognition.
Alignment - I aligned the shirt sleeve with her arm better
Proximity - Using the liquify tool, I adjusted the stray hair
Color - Using levels and curves I adjusted overall color/contrast, and using hue/saturation I whitened her teeth.
