The conference will take place at Hotel Montana, Vason, approximately 20 km from Trento.

Participants are expected to cover their own travel, accommodation, and meal expenses. However, limited financial support may be available for a small number of selected participants, subject to funding availability.
Shuttle transportation from Trento railway station to the hotel will be provided on Sunday, May 31 at 18:30. A return shuttle from the hotel to Trento railway station will be arranged on Friday, June 5 at 14:30. Participants who want to book one of the two shuttles should fill in the form available here by April 30.
Participants who do not take the shuttle can reach the venue either by taxi or by public transport. A taxi from Trento railway station to the hotel costs approximately €60 (Taxi Trento: +39 0461 930002).
