optional Test Corrections
Would you like to earn points back on your most recent test? Here is how you can do that. Follow the directions and watch the video below for an example of what is expected.
Directions:
You are able to correct up to 3 questions per test that you missed on your most recent test.
You will doing this by making a Capture Thought video where each video can have up to 2 questions re-worked out.
For example, if you missed questions 2,5 & 11, then you would make a total of (2) videos. One video for questions 2 & 5 and the other for question 11. If you only missed 2 question on your last test, then you only need to make (1) video.
In each video do the following:
Show the problem you missed as you have it on your test. Be sure to clearly show what you did on the test and tell us why you got it wrong.
While you're showing the problem in the video, identify the type of error you made (Did Not Follow Directions DNFD, Conceptual C, Silly S, Procedural P). Keep in mind that some errors may have multiple categories, that's okay.
Using the whiteboard that comes with Capture Thought, show us the correct way to solve the problem using correct mathematical language and communicate the proper way to solve the problem.
Upload your videos. You can earn up to 1-point for identifying your error and up to 2-points for fixing your error. This means you can earn a potential of 9 points back per test on your latest test.
