Accommodations

The speakers and organizer's, will stay at Helwan University Hotel and will receive information concerning their accommodation.

Helwan University accommodation will be offered to a funded registered participant.

A non-funded registered participants arrange their own accommodation.

A limited number of rooms have been at Helwan University residence for participants. To access these contingents you need to contact the organizer directly (phone or email). Please book early since other events will also be taking place at the same time in Helwan University. Please note you are being offered a place in residence, and not a specific room.

You are not allow other students to live in the rooms without formal permission from the organizer's of the school.
