The AlfrescoCrete TINYHome is made from AlfrescoCrete, a cement-based concrete that is fire-resistant.

That means:

• It will not burn like wood or zinc shacks.

• It can withstand high heat without collapsing.

• It drastically reduces the spread of fire between homes.

While no material is 100% fireproof in every extreme condition, AlfrescoCrete offers maximum protection compared to traditional shack materials — making it one of the safest options for informal settlement housing in Namibia.

The AlfrescoCrete TINYHome can be extended.

Because it’s built with modular panels, you can:

• Add extra rooms later (bedroom, kitchen, or bathroom)

• Extend in length (for example, from a 4×4m to a 4×8m)

• Build add-ons like a veranda, garage, or boundary wall

The extensions use the same fire-resistant, insulated AlfrescoCrete panels, so the whole home stays strong, safe, and weatherproof.

Any Namibian citizen who:

• Has land or written permission to build on a site.
  
  

• Can provide a Namibian ID, 6-month bank statements or payslips.
  
  

• Can commit to a payment plan (3-year, 6-year, or 50% deposit option).
  We especially work with minimum-wage earners, pensioners, and families who don’t qualify for bank loans.

We offer three options:

• 6-Year Plan – lowest monthly payment

• 3-Year Plan – faster payoff

• 50% Deposit Option – move in after half is paid

Once you’ve paid 50% of your chosen plan, and your Town has reached 50% paid mark, Our Factory will be moved to your town. Where your home will be Manufactured and assembled.

We build anywhere in Namibia. When there are 10–20 people in the same town on the same payment plan at 50% paid, we move our mobile factory to your area. This removes transport costs and creates local jobs.
