New Volunteers

If you are new to the organization and have not yet registered to volunteer please complete the registration form (see link above) and an AYC staff member will follow up with you.

Please note that a signed Volunteer Application and Background Check Authorization will need to be included in your your records with us. Please feel free to download and complete each of those documents prior to being scheduled as a volunteer.

Background Check Authorization

All Alfond Youth Center Volunteers working with youth and/or any other vulnerable populations are subject to background screenings that may include State and Federal Criminal Checks and National Sex Offender Registry search. Please complete this form and bring it with you prior to your first scheduled volunteer shift.
