🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At ALFIE'S EMPIRE, we maintain the highest standards for our products and ensure every item is quality-checked before dispatch. However, in the rare case of an issue, we do accept returns under the following strict conditions:

• 🕒 Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item

• 📦 The product must be unused, in original packaging, and fully intact

• 📹 A continuous, unedited video of the product being unboxed from the original sealed packaging is required for any return or refund request

• 🚨 The video must clearly show:

  • – The sealed package before opening

  • – The entire unboxing process without any cuts

  • – All contents of the package visible and intact

• 🚫 We will NOT accept returns or entertain complaints if the video is missing, edited, or starts after the packaging has already been opened

• 💸 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is proven to be defective or incorrect

• 📩 To initiate a return, email us at alfiesempire@gmail.com with your order ID and the unboxing video attached or linked (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

This policy exists to protect both buyer and seller from fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.
