A detailed guide with official answers and cheat reporting examples
INDEX
The Clan War mode in Kuboom is highly competitive and thrilling. In this mode, teams of players form clans and engage in intense battles, aiming to dominate the top 100 ranking. Coordination and individual skills are essential to win, making each match a test of strategy and quick reflexes.
However, this fierce competition also attracts players who resort to cheats, such as aimbots and ESP (Extra-Sensory Perception), to gain an unfair advantage. These methods undermine the integrity of the game and spoil the experience for honest players.
Despite the challenges, Clan War remains one of the most vibrant experiences in Kuboom, offering adrenaline, camaraderie, and the satisfaction of seeing your clan stand out. For those seeking intense challenges and the chance to prove their skills, this mode is the perfect choice.
Here are some definitions and explanations from the administrator B1bo.
"Wall Bug is a feature of the game mechanics, which consists in the fact that when a player presses against any game object (wall/boxes /other), his model begins to "float" in this object, which complicates the process of killing him by the enemy. At the same time, the player using this bug does not have any problems killing the opponent, which makes his position more advantageous.
Such actions in any mode, whether it is a CW or a private match, are considered as the use of system errors (violation of clause 3 of the Terms of Use, which each player accepts when first entering the game) and, if there is sufficient evidence and grounds, are punished by the game administration. However, the administration makes a decision on the application of preventive measures on an individual basis for each individual case, guided by the degree of harm caused by the violator to other players or the game."
"Net bug is when a player or players intentionally curtails the game during a CW match so that the results of the match do not affect the rating of his clan. Usually, players do this when the score in the match is not in their favor. However, this is punishable by downgrading the offending clan, as well as, if we deem it necessary, banning the accounts of players who participated in this CW on the offending clan's side."
"Transferring points is the process of intentionally losing a CW by one clan to another in order to transfer the rating points of the first clan to the second (however, an unlimited number of clans can participate in this process). We see this as an unfair method of increasing the clan's rating, which leads to a downgrade of all the clans involved in this process. Since it is often a difficult task to prove the transfer of points, the administration considers each such case separately and, if the evidence is considered sufficient, applies preventive measures to all clans involved in this process."
Aimbot: Automates the player's aim, allowing precise shots without effort.
Wallhack: Allows players to see through walls and obstacles.
ESP (Extra-Sensory Perception): Provides additional information, such as the location of enemies, weapons, and other items through the map.
No Recoil/No Spread: Eliminates weapon recoil and bullet spread, making shooting more accurate.
Speed Hack: Increases the player's movement speed.
Triggerbot: Automatically fires when the crosshair passes over an enemy.
Radar Hack: Displays the location of enemies on a radar or minimap.
God Mode: Makes the player invincible.
Teleport Hack: Allows the player to teleport to different locations on the map.
Resource Hack: Modifies the amount of resources, such as ammunition or health.
Reports of cheaters in Clan War mode must be more detailed. You should send them to the cheaters channel, support, or directly to the administrator B1bo's DM, available on the official Kuboom server on Discord. The requirements are:
- Recording of the *ENTIRE MATCH* + timestamps of all moments where it is clear that the clan uses bugs/cheats
- Screenshot of the console, with the command "plist" entered during the match
- Screenshot of the clan profile using bugs/cheats
- Screenshot of the CW history of this clan
The console opens by swipe from the very top to the very bottom of the screen:
1. Upload your video evidence to YouTube and specify "Link access" in the video access parameters.
2. Independently watch the video that you just uploaded to YouTube. When you find a moment there where you can see that the player is using bugs/cheats, see at what point in the video this happens (example in the screenshot that I attached to this message) and write this number somewhere and continue watching the video.
3. When you write out all the timestamps, just copypaste it to the description/comments to the uploaded video (example in the screenshot)
Mauri has produced evidence against himself. There is no recoil in his shots and I made a backup of his video in case it gets deleted. The original video is in the description.
B1bo's response: Mauri is banned for using third-party software to remove the recoil of his weapon
