In unit 0 I learned how to navigate word and my email better. I also learned how to add my signature and contact infromation at the bottom of emails automatically so you dont have to sign off. I really liked the sim nets as they give the step by step instructions if you mess up. You can also add actions to have your email remind you to do things.
