My mission is to bring health, harmony, and inner balance to people through the healing practices of yoga, massage, sound, water, and vibrational therapy, working deeply with the body and breath.
I strive to heal not only through touch, but also through the power of sacred plants—wise teachers rooted in ancient traditions across diverse cultures.
As a professor of pedagogy, I feel a deep calling to share knowledge and inspire growth. I support others in exploring yoga more profoundly, including training future instructors, and I lead educational programs in various massage techniques, sound healing, and holistic practices that restore and develop the body, mind, and spirit.
My name is Alex, and I was born in Central Russia. I hold a PhD in Foreign Languages and began my journey as a university teacher. Later, I entered the corporate world—IT, sales, meetings, and deadlines—until everything shifted after a life-changing 10-day silent retreat in an Indian ashram, followed by a powerful Ayahuasca ceremonies.
That experiences awakened something deep within me and set me on an entirely new path: spirituality, yoga, and healing.
Since then, I’ve lived and practiced in the Southeast Asia, India, Africa, Europe and across both Americas, gradually transitioning from the world of business to one of service and healing.
Today, I offer a wide range of practices, including:
Hatha Yoga (certified in India)
Massage therapy (certified in Thailand: Oil, Cupping, Gua Sha, Deep Tissue) and Watsu
Sound healing (Tibetan bowls, handpan, mouth harp)
Plant medicine ceremonies (Rapéh & Sananga)
Traditional Russian sauna rituals, including honey massage
For 12 years, I ran a peaceful eco-farm and yoga garden with a sauna in southern Russia—a sanctuary for healing and connection.
My mission is simple and sacred:
To care for Mother Earth and serve others through touch, sound, warmth, awareness and conscious presence.
Hi, I’m Lidia.
I’m a certified doula, massage therapist, and holistic wellness specialist, dedicated to supporting the restoration of health and well-being on all levels: physical, psychological, and spiritual.
My journey began in 2019 when I started practicing intermittent fasting and adopting a raw food diet. This sparked a deep interest in exploring the connection between the body and mind, which led me to dive into yoga, study various massage techniques, and expand my knowledge of holistic health.
In 2021, during my pregnancy, I felt the call to train as a doula, seeking to better understand natural childbirth. During this time, I also discovered the powerful healing modalities of Thai massage and Rebozo massage.
Today, I blend these skills to offer women a holistic approach to health, bringing joy, healing, and support through every stage of life.
