My research explores: (1) the impact of environmental law on organizations' sustainability governance; and (2) the mechanisms underlying public-private collaborations when solving environmental and social problems.
Before joining Monitor Deloitte I supported the Digital Transformation and AI Strategies Division at United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) on digital infrastructure ecosystems-related projects. Previously, I performed applied research on macroeconomics and international trade at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy (Germany) and at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation APEC Study Center, University of the Pacific (Peru).
I am well versed in econometric methods for causal inference (with the use of R, Python, SQL, & Stata), Natural Language Processing (AI NLP) methods to analyze complex text corpus (text classification, vector spaces, probabilistic models, sequence models, & attention models), and economic modeling (DSGE, NK, IO & trade imperfect competition models).
