I am currently an Assistant Professor at the Earth and Planetary Science Department, Tokyo Tech (Japan). I am also an affiliated scientist of the Earth-Life Science Institute ELSI, Tokyo Tech (Japan).

My research focuses on understanding isotopic signatures from biological and geochemical processes. In particular, I am developing new tools to assess the position-specific isotope composition of organic molecules. I apply these methods to decipher the origin of molecules in various geological or biological systems (plants, hydrothermal vents, natural gas reservoirs, ...).
