I have over 13 years of experience helping people in individual and family therapy through a somatic approach to treatment.  I specialize in trauma treatment, digital assessment, and internet skill building for people ages eight and above.

I am an out-of-network provider who accepts self-payments through checks or credit cards 

and am also paneled with Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Fidelis, 

Cigna, Oxford, Oscar Health, and United Health Care.

I also have built-in room to provide a sliding-scale and free services for those who ask.
